Privacy notice.

This notice explains what personal data DT Street collects through the contact form on dtstreet.com, why we collect it, how long we hold it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

Controller

The data controller is DT Global Ventures Ltd, trading as DT Street, registered in England and Wales, registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. For any privacy-related enquiry, write to us at the registered office above.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, company, and message you provide. We also receive the IP address from which the request was sent, retained for a short period for the sole purpose of rate-limiting abusive submissions.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence with prospective counterparties, vendors, and partners.

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for up to twenty-four months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless they have become part of an active commercial record (for example, an executed agreement or a counterparty file) — in which case the relevant retention period for that record applies.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom for this site. The form is delivered by email to a single internal address. The site uses no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no third-party chat or marketing widgets.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, write to the registered office above.
